Before clearing out, all shelves and shelving bays are systematically labeled. Our specialists pack each book or file according to this scheme. For this purpose, we use cardboard boxes or, if technically possible, specially designed file carts.

With this "mobile filing cabinet", shelf contents can be exactly relocated section by section. In this way, the process is extremely accelerated and the effort for the documentation is far less than with a conventional relocation in boxes. 

Of course, dismantling and reassembly of your shelving systems are also part of our service. After packing the shelf contents, our installers dismantle the shelves and reassemble them at the new location according to your specifications, and then proceed with filing the documents. 

We also have lockable file carts available for sensitive data. This way, we can ensure that your confidential files remain confidential.
